Why Steam Master Services?  Carpet cleaners are not all the same but most consumers don’t know the appropriate questions to ask to discern the differences so we resort to price, how much for this, how much to do that.  We are different:

• We typically deploy a two technician team making work faster, smoother and more thorough;
• We use state-of-the-industry HydraMaster equipment allowing us to generate super-hot water and providing the vacuum power to extract more water leaving carpet drier;
• The super-hot water, around 200 degrees, does most of the cleaning work.  To put that in perspective, grease and dirt begin to break down around 135 degrees.  The hot water from your tap may be around 125 degrees so if you rent a Bissell or Rug Doctor from the local grocery, your starting water temperature isn’t hot enough to break down grease in dirt by itself so you have to add chemical detergents.  A commercial dish washing machine at a local restaurant runs around 185 degrees to clean dishes considered sterile, and we’re working hotter than that.  Steam Master equipment allows us to deliver super-heated water to the carpet to do most of the cleaning work and thereby minimizing the need for chemicals;
• Our technicians are trained not to over wet the carpet.  We use three extraction (vacuum) wand strokes to every hot water stroke.  Combined with a powerful vacuum system, this is one of the reasons we are able to offer our Dry Carpet Guarantee where your carpet will dry to the touch in 3 to 5 hours;
• Dry Carpet Guarantee:
  • We use minimal chemicals because our 200-degree water does most of the cleaning (cleaner, safer, minimal residue); chemical detergents require more water to properly rinse the carpet
  • State of the industry HydraMaster equipment provides thorough water extraction
  • Your carpet will typically be dry in 3 to 5 hours (depending on humidity)

• Carpet Spot Guarantee: “If the spot comes back, so will we!”  (We will provide a courtesy one-time spot clean within 15 days of the original service)
• Pet Problem Areas: In addition to our normal cleaning, and at no additional charge, we will spot treat pet problem areas using our Water Claw.  This tool allows us to “flush” particular areas of carpet and the underlying carpet cushion to try to rinse out residual pet urine (or other liquids) by concentrating higher amounts of super-heated solution water while vacuuming (extracting) in the same process.  Although the Water Claw will leave carpet wetter than our normal Dry Carpet Guarantee, it is a perfect solution to keep our four-legged family members out of the dog house!
